The goal of Bay Area Soccer Academy is to provide individualized training to give players and teams the skills, confidence and composure to be successful on the field. Soccer is a game of fundamentals. Whether the student is a field player or goalkeeper all players need to possess ball control, vision and must be able to execute play with speed. The player having confidence in their skills and composure over the ball will maximize their enjoyment of the game.
We specialize in high level performance academic youth and adult player development and competitive club team development, premier competition with multiple divisions of organized youth and adult amateur league play. Whether you are learning to play the game, dream of playing for the U.S. National Team or preparing for a college career players of all abilities can benefit.
The development of soccer talent is an on going process; it truly is longitudinal. It is a process in which individuals’ progress gradually from simple to the more complex experiences that the game provides. The process of player development requires planning that has clarity and based upon a modern technical development ideas. This plan and direction needs to come from the technical people; coaches who are educated, experienced and knowledgeable.
Our soccer programs are designed to improve each
player's technical ability while also improving their tactical
awareness in a competitive environment. Players will learn the same
techniques that our staff used to succeed every day at the professional
level. Furthermore, they will learn the skills and experience the work
ethic that will take them to the next level.
We are continually increasing the quality and quantity of training for players of all ages.

Our coaches' enthusiasm for training youth players is evident to the student and their parents. This enthusiasm works to provide a positive learning and training atmosphere for the player. Many teachers of soccer have abundant soccer knowledge. Many can effectively teach students this soccer knowledge. The difficulty comes in motivating the student to learn by absorbing the knowledge. We are experts in creating an environment where the player not only desires to learn but they become consumed by the passion we bring to the learning experience. We are constantly learning from the international soccer community, coaches, professional players and our student players. Our ability to synthesize the broad array of efficient and beneficial teaching methodologies translates into effective soccer progression for our student players.
Bay Area Soccer Academy Head Coach and Director of Coaching, Dario Arredondo, carefully selects and trains each of our coaches. Coaches classification is determined both quantitatively by their license level or prior playing experience, and through a rigorous analysis of their ability to apply that knowledge to the teaching of young players.
Bay Area Soccer Academy is the official soccer academy of the Pitbull's Club LLC, and Pittsburg Pitbull's Soccer Club Inc.
